Employment

Our Employment Specialists provide a variety of services to help with job searching. They work one-on-one with people to explore career interests and pathways. Once a pathway is determined, Employment Specialists assist with pre-employment readiness, active job search, and internship or apprenticeship opportunities.

Education

Our Education Specialists assist in completing or furthering education. Each person is assigned an Education Coordinator that works with them to manage any barriers in accessing further education.

HopeWorks Job Training

HopeWorks' mission is to create pathways to self-sufficiency through social enterprises that provide hope, empowerment, education, and job training.

 

The Training Academy provides rich work and learning experiences for individuals who are building their pathway to success.​ This course includes 4 weeks of in-classroom education and job application preparation plus 2 - 8 weeks of on-the-job training in one of six career pathways.
