Madrona Highlands, our first development in Edmonds, is almost complete! You’re invited to the Welcoming Ceremony on October 15th at 11 a.m., where we will unveil our newest housing community and prepare to welcome residents in early November.

Looking for Housing?
Prospective residents are invited to join us at the welcoming ceremony to see the new property, but please note that we will not be accepting applications on-site.
Half of the units at Madrona Highlands are set aside for unhoused families and will be filled through 2-1-1 and coordinated entry. (Call 2-1-1 to get connected with a housing navigator)
The other half are affordable income-restricted units, which you can apply for by contacting our property management team at madronahighlands@coastmgt.com or by calling (425) 409-9902. Eligibility will be determined during the application process.
