For most, the end of a year and it's holidays are a time of joy and warmth as families and friends gather to celebrate. For families and children experiencing homelessness though, this time of the year can be a painful reminder of their current hardships when juxtaposed against the excess seen elsewhere. That's why each holiday season, we like finding ways to spread a little extra cheer to our residents and those in our job training programs, and this year we have a little extra help from our good friends at Haggen Groceries.
Housing Hope is very excited to announce that we have been selected as one of the benefactors for Haggen Groceries' 2024 Season of Sharing for the Stanwood location! From November 13th till December 24th, when you shop at Haggen Groceries Stanwood location you will have the option to make a round-up your change as a donation at check out. Proceeds will go directly to Housing Hope and directly support our Holiday Stop program, ensuring our ability to deliver a wide range of vital items to our families in need across all of Snohomish County during an extremely sensitive time of the year.
